Natasha Mayfield draws upon her expertise weaving together technology, the right people and the right process to simplify health care, build thoughtful product and service solutions, and pursue excellence in customer experiences.
She works to unify team members behind a clear vision. Natasha believes that when approached with listening, curiosity and humility, it’s possible to align patient needs, health care provider goals and business incentives to change the way health care is delivered.
As chief product and engagement officer of Optum® Frontier Therapies, Natasha is responsible for bringing these ideas to life through three departments: client strategy, product strategy and innovation, and client implementation and business solutions.
Previously, Natasha led EnvoyHealth, a pharmacy that integrated fundamental hub services with emerging digital-health capabilities.
Prior to that, she was a strategic director for Covance Market Access, responsible for building, launching and managing customized patient support programs for specialty drugs.
Natasha holds a bachelor’s degree in foreign affairs and economics from the University of Virginia.
